Building aproval conditions
- Our pricing includes the engineer’s certification for local government, footing detail, all elevation and floor plans and specifications.
- Our pricing does not include any fees to local governments and relevant authorities such as building license fees, planning fees, water and power corporation fees and the like.
- The owner is responsible for supplying Transformable Homes with a correct survey and soil test at their expense for the purpose of Transformable Homes supplying the correct site engineering details.
